Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – South Wales – ER3104

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a wonderful team at a practice in South Wales. Typically, the full-time position 40 hours across 4 days with 1:4 Saturdays and no OOH. Part time applicants will be welcomed, for example a 3-day week. The role will include a nice mixture of consults and surgery (1-2 set surgery days per week) and you will have plenty of time to work up cases allowing for case continuity. You will get the opportunity to see emergency cases and you will be supported by an experienced team. You will work alongside a supportive team of 2 Vets, one with a very keen interest in internal medicine and imaging and an experienced Vet that has been with the practice for over 10 years, who are both supported by a Head Nurse, 4 RVNS and 2 wonderful Receptionists. CPD and further learning is actively encouraged and supported. Well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in house laboratory, superior surgery suite with separate imaging and dental rooms along with an open plan prep area.
