Head RVN – Somerset – ER1918

VetPro Recruitment are seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (HRVN) to join a small animal practice in Somerset. This is a permanent, full time position working 5 days per week with 1 in 5 Saturday mornings. The practice has no emergency OOH but inpatient care may be required occasionally. As head nurse you will manage the daily operational organisation with duties including HR responsibilities, rota organisation, mentoring RVNs and progressing the business forward with other team leaders. The team includes 5 Vets and 4 RVNS with support staff. The role is suited to an experienced RVN who has worked in a busy practice. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
