Registered Veterinary Nurse – Merseyside – HF1387

VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal team in Merseyside. The day-to-day duties include inpatient care, anaesthesia, surgery, dentistry, imaging, nurse-led clinics, and client communications. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of inpatient care, guiding, and supporting student Nurses, and maintaining good working relationships with team members. This is a full or part-time role. The rota will include working 4 or 5 days a week however the practice is open to discussion of shift pattern requirements. Nursing cover is required between the hours of 7:00am and 9:30pm and shifts will run between these hours. You’ll be required to work a maximum of 1 in 5 weekends however the current pattern is up to a 1 in 8. Out of hours is covered by a dedicated team. You will be joining a team made up of 25 Registered Veterinary Nurses and Student Veterinary Nurses, 3 Veterinary Care Assistants and 20 Receptionists/ Support Staff members. The ideal candidate will have some experience, but this is not essential. You will be a good team player and have a keen interest in quality improvement.
