SA Veterinary Surgeon – Cumbria – HF2179

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a welcoming team at a practice in Cumbria. With currently regular 15-minute consults with time for case work ups, clinical freedom is encouraged and case continuity and can provide help and support from the experienced team. The practice is happy to discuss working hours to suit the successful candidate. There will be a 1 in 4 weekend rota for Saturdays, practice does not open on Sundays. You will be working in this well-equipped practice including x-rays, dental x-ray, Ultrasound, lab, hydrotherapy and soon to be getting K-lazer to aid with rehab. The supportive team are made up of 5 RVNs, 4 Vets, 4 support roles. 2 of the vets are specialist for health certs and travel. The ideal candidate will be a veterinary surgeon with some post qualification experience, and who is confident in consultations and basic surgery spays, castrates and dentals.
