Looking for a dedicated Clinical Director to join a Well Established, RCVS Accredited Small Animal Practice in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career, whether you’re ready for the jump into management or need that extra support to get there – also open to discussion for Vet Surgeon or Senior Vet roles. There is an excellent support structure in place with engaged Practice Manager and Area Director already in place to help. The role will entail consultations, operations, monitoring hospitalised patients and the practice is proud to provide its own inpatient care. The team consists of 7 veterinary surgeons, 4 qualified and 2 trainee nurses. There are also 3 clerical staff and 5 receptionists.The standard working week is 40 hours a week, over 4-5 days and currently have no OOH due to third party support. However, the flexible approach to rota patterns can truly enrich your work life balance. Part time reduced or flexible hours most definitely considered. Looking for an enthusiastic, caring veterinary surgeon with excellent communication skills. All applicants will be considered so no matter what stage of your career you are at. A full UK driving licence is required. Comprehensively equipped with digital radiography, scans, scopes bp monitoring and full idexx laboratory to mention plus more.
