Independent Small Animal single site veterinary practice are looking for a vet for a practice located in a habour town in the Durham area. A vet who is confident in their ability but wants to progress into laparoscopic surgery. This is a service the practice currently offers but would like to expand.The practice runs 15 minute consults, has an excellent fully utilised nursing team allowing the vets to complete veterinary work only. Operating with no targets to meet. The role will consist of 4 day week with 1:3 Saturday mornings 8.30-12noon with no OOHs no on call or Bank Holiday working. Brand new equipment and have a dedicated team ready to train over a 4 week - 6 month timescale. Well equipped including digital dental X-ray machine, colour ultrasound, endoscope and full internal IDEXX lab.
