Exciting opportunity at a small animal practice in Worcestershire for an ambitious RVN to join a small, friendly team as a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse. The candidate’s duties will include directing the day to day running of the clinical team, lending a hand where needed, able to be a role model in your duties, as well as having managerial skills to optimise workflow. Developing the potential of the RVNs in their individual surgical and medical interests, as well as assisting the training of the whole nurse and VCA team. Working in a great practice with a wonderfully supportive and welcoming team, looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic Head RVN with good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, with a genuine interest in animal welfare. This is a Full-Time role working 40 hour per week – rotas and shifts patterns are flexible to support a good work life balance with no OOH or overnight inpatient checks.
