VetPro Recruitment are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse on behalf of a small animal practice in Merseyside. Your duties will include Nurse consultations, nursing and monitoring inpatients, anaesthetics, schedule 3 procedures. There is a talented team of receptionists, so reception cover is rare. The rota includes working 4 days per week (three 10-hour days, one 7.5-hour day, one day off). One in three Saturday mornings are required with time off in lieu during the week for these hours. No out of hours or on-call and no bank holidays. Flexible hours considered. You will be joining a friendly team made up of 5 veterinary surgeons, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 VCA and 3 receptionists. The practice is well-equipped with 3 consulting rooms including a dedicated nurse’s room along with Digital X rays, multiparameter, ECG, ultrasound, Idexx lab machines and tonometry. Previous experience in the role is desired however Registered Nurses of all experience levels will be considered. A full, clean UK driving licence is preferred.
