Registered Veterinary Nurse – Bristol – ER2306

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a wonderful team at a practice in Bristol. The day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to general nursing duties, care of day patients and inpatients, monitoring anaesthetics, assisting Veterinary Surgeons, stock control, and occasional reception work. The full-time rota involves working 38 hours per week over 5 days, including a share of 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am until 4pm). There will be no out-of-hours or bank holidays. Part-Time hours will be considered for the right candidate. You will be joining a friendly team made up of 5 Veterinary Surgeons, 8 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Nurses and 5 Support Staff. This is a well-equipped practice including digital radiography, ultrasound, dental machines, dental x-rays as well as the necessities for a first opinion practice. The ideal candidate will require a full UK driving licence as this role will be split between different practices throughout the week. VDS cover. RCVS fees. CPD allowance. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
