Veterinary Surgeon – Inverness shire – HF3316

VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team at a practice in Inverness-Shire, Scotland. This position is 80% small animal, 10% beef and sheep, and 10% equine. The hours for this position are 32 hours per week but this is flexible (40-hour week is an option or part time work also considered). Imaginative shift patterns welcomed e.g., 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Plus, you will be required to work a share of 1 in 5 OOH (Average of one night per week. Weekend on call from 6pm Friday evening to Monday morning for emergencies and to check inpatients. Open Saturdays 9am-12pm for appointments). The practice is well-equipped including digital X-rays, ultrasound, bronchoscopy, IDEXX lab, multiparameter monitoring, dental radiography, tonopen, large animal rectal scanner, power floats, etc. You will be joining a wonderful team made up of 6 Vets, with 3 RVNs, 3 student RVNs, 4 auxiliary nurses, 3 receptionists, and other admin staff.
