Clinical Director – West Sussex HF2244

Looking to welcome a new Clinical Director to an established team at a busy hospital in West Sussex. Offering a flexible 50/50 split between clinical and managerial tasks, the working days will be varied but supported by a large and experienced team. If you enjoy change management and driving a practice successfully then this role would be the appropriate next step. Fortunate enough to be able to offer you a flexible working pattern. The specialist services include diagnostic imaging with on-site CT, orthopaedics, cardiology, soft tissue medicine, and internal medicine. The hospital is in partnership with Vetsnow, who look after the OOH operation on site. There are approximately 100 team members across 7 sites. The new clinical lead must be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, have strategic business experience that includes, exposure to practice financial/budgeting management. Seeking a resilient person-orientated individual with operational management skills. Well equipped with a fully functional Dental Suite, Endoscopic and Laparoscopic equipment. Located in the vibrant seaside town on the South Coast, in between the beautiful seafront and the stunning South Downs. There are several train stations with links to Gatwick and London, which are nearby. The practice raises money for local charities and the Clinical Directors have also been involved with local schools and judged local Dog Shows.
