Head Vet Nurse – Dublin, Ireland HF5650

Looking for a Head Nurse to join the friendly team at a new modern small animal practice near Dublin, Ireland. The team consists of 2 Veterinary Surgeons, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 1 Receptionist. The rota will include working between 30 to 40 hours per week with no weekend or OOH work. Responsibilities will include administering drugs, anaesthetics and injections, giving advice to owners about caring for and breeding animals, keeping records and writing and filing reports amongst a number of other duties. The ideal candidate will have the right attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Newly qualified or an experienced nurse considered, what matters is enthusiasm, clinical standards, and drive. The practice can fully support the right person to help grow and develop at any stage of their nursing career. Modern practice with all in-house equipment including: blood machines, digital x-ray, multi-parameter anaesthetic monitor, and ultrasound.
