Looking for an experienced Vet to join an established and friendly clinical team as Clinical Lead in Shropshire. Purpose built practice, state of the art equipment and offer mentoring from the highly experienced Partner to support you in your transition to leadership.
The team consists of 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA and 5 non-clinical colleagues, including a Practice Manager. This new position will lead and develop the team and guide the practice with its loyal and expanding client base and varied caseload to deliver top class clinical standards and client care.
As Clinical Lead, you will be working closely with the Vet Partner and the rest of the team to continually build on the excellent local reputation and continued growth of the practice. Conveniently located close to the M54 and main bus routes for commuting purposes. It is located in the heart of Shropshire, only 30 minutes from the beautiful Shropshire Hills and under an hour from Birmingham City Centre. This makes it the perfect location for enjoying outdoor adventures or city nightlife outside of work and the practice works hard to ensure all of the team maintain a good work/life balance to do make the most of this. This position is full time with some weekends on a fair rota basis, shared with the rest of the team. There is no OOH requirement and always happy to look at flexible working and job share options.
