VetPro Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic small animal Clinical Director to join a welcoming team at a practice in Merseyside. Your role will be split evenly between clinical and managerial duties. You’ll be responsible for the mentoring and development of the less experienced vets that are on the team. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior vet that’s looking to progress their career to a Clinal Director level. A full-time role will involve working 40 hours per week, and the practice can be flexible with shift patterns/hours. There is a requirement for 1 in 3 Saturday morning consults, no out of hours required with this role. You will be joining a fantastic team of 5 vets, 6 RVNs and 6 wonderful support staff based across two branches. The team are looking for someone with outstanding clinical and people management skills, with a positive and supportive outlook. BVA membership. VDS cover. RCVS fees. CPD allowance. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
