SA Veterinary Surgeon – Surrey – HF2023

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a wonderful team at a practice in Surrey. The role will involve a mix of consulting and surgery. The practice requires an experienced, confident, enthusiastic vet, ideally with previous sole charge experience and the ability to fully work up a full range of medical and surgical cases. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to enjoy a superb work/life balance with a 4-day week, plus no out of hours and a 2 in 6 weekend rota. Saturday shifts are from 8:00am-4:00pm and 9.00am to 12.00pm. The practice would consider part-time and flexible working to suit the right candidate. The practice can offer excellent progression opportunities, offering you the opportunity to support the CD and be involved with the financial aspect of the business, as well with the ongoing development of the team and practice. There may also be the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to Clinical Director Level in the future. You will be joining a fantastic team of 7 Veterinary Surgeons who are supported by a great team of 10 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses and experienced Receptionists across the Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for surgery, with strong skill set (ideally orthopaedic). CPD allowance. BVA membership. VDS cover. RCVS fees. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
