Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Hampshire – HF1279

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an experienced team at a practice in Hampshire. The practice is happy to accept both full/part-time applications for this role, with a choice to work 2-5 days a week, with 2:5 Saturdays (pro-rata for part time). The team strive to create a supportive team environment and the team will encourage you to develop your own interests. They are dedicated to providing excellent care and support the staff in clinical freedom, case independence and continuity and offer a varied caseload. The practice is well-equipped with excellent facilities, including ultrasound, dental X-ray, and an in-house blood machine. You will be joining a welcoming team made up of Veterinary Surgeons, a dedicated support team of 3 nurses and 3 receptionists, with several certificate holders across the practice. The ideal candidate will be a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident in all aspects of general practice as there will be the occasional sole charge duties. You must be a team player with a compassionate and caring nature. The successful applicant will be as happy in the consult room as in the theatre, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. CPD allowance. BVA membership. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
