Deputy Clinical Director – West Midlands – HF1101

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a small animal Deputy Clinical Director to join a team at a practice in the West Midlands. This is a permanent, full-time position with the shift pattern including working 40 hours across 4 days per week, with a 1:4 share in the Saturday rota. The successful candidate will be responsible for jobs that have been delegated from the head CD on clinical protocols including supporting the vets and wider group as needed, helping during vet meetings, assistance as required with HR, operational and financial matters. The fantastic sites are equipped with facilities to help the team provide the best possible care, including digital x-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy, and full surgical and dental suites. The group currently have 20 vets, 40 nurses and an experienced management team on hand to provide support. The ideal applicant is an experienced vet who is dedicated to putting animal care at the heart of everything they do. Previous Senior Vet experience desirable. CPD allowance. BVA Membership paid. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
