Clinical Director – West Midlands – HF1101

VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic small animal Clinical Director to join their friendly team in the West Midlands. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours a week, across 4 days, with a 1:4 share in the Saturday rota, but no out-of-hours. The successful candidate will act as the Clinical Lead for the group, carrying out predominantly clinical tasks with up to 25% of the non-clinical time. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, meetings with the Area Director, help with decision-making and support where necessary for General Managers, and top-end HR assistance when needed. The practice is well-equipped with excellent facilities including digital x-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy, and full surgical and dental suites. Across the group, there are currently 20 vets, 40 nurses and an experienced management team on hand to provide support. As well as certificate holders in SAS and exotics, and a roving cardiologist specialist. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable vet who is confident in managing a team, previous experience in multisite management is desirable. CPD allowance. BVA Membership paid. VDS cover.
