SA Veterinary Surgeon – Fixed Term Contract – West Sussex – HF2196

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly team at a practice in West Sussex. This is a fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover 2-4 days a week and ideally 2 Saturday mornings (4 hours each) per month, with the possibility of an extension thereafter. No OOH or bank holiday work. You will be working as part of a team with some sole charge branch work. The role will be largely consultation-based with cases worked-up as required. Surgical work will also feature depending on the candidates experience and interest in this area. You will be joining a welcoming team made up of 6 Veterinary Surgeons, 9 RVNS, including 4 Certificate Holders, and 1 Student Nurse. The ideal candidate will be a Vet with some post-qualification experience who is RCVS registered. You will have a great bedside manner, be a team player, and positive can-do attitude towards tasks. CPD allowance. BVA membership paid. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
