Clinical Director – Hampshire – HF1285

VetPro Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic small animal Clinical Director to join a practice in Hampshire. The role ideally would be 4.5 days a week, with a set half-day a week. Part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. There is a 1 in 4 share of Saturday mornings on sole charge. No OOH as this is covered by Vets Now. Your main day-to-day duties will be to lead the clinical work carried out at the surgery, including consulting and some operating. You will be required to deal with any clinical complaints and to have an interest in the financial aspect of running a surgery. Training will be given if required. You will be joining a fantastic team made up of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, a New Graduate due to start soon, 7 RVNs, 1 Second Year Student, 2 part-time Receptionists, and a Practice Manager. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon/Clinical Director with some leadership experience, and an interest in the Management side of the business. CPD allowance. BVA membership paid. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
