Excellent opportunity available for a Confident Small Animal vet at a brand new practice in a market town in Lincolnshire. The vet partner is lovely, he’s a very experienced advanced orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in soft tissue amongst other areas. He loves to teach and develop people and is more than happy to mentor any team members. Looking for at least 1 vet that is experienced and longer term can possibly look at taking a newer qualified vet. The rota will be confirmed at interview but there will be no OOH. The practice is due to open early November and will be based on a new model utilising advances in technology, practice design and colleague structure to enhance the pet, client, and colleague experience to create the future.
