VetPro Recruitment are seeking a night OOH team small animal Veterinary Surgeon at an RCVS Accredited Hospital in Buckinghamshire . A permanent working role consists of 7 nights on followed by 14 nights off on a shared rota with two other vets, working alongside an experienced Night Nurse and Twilight Nurse. The role covers all aspects of OOH care including consulting, emergency surgeries and inpatient management, so a level of experience is required (at least 1-2 years in practice). A certificate in ECC, Diagnostic Imaging or Internal Medicine would be advantageous, but not essential. Self-contained flat available for the on-duty vet. Previous experience of OOH working and ECC desirable.The practice is fitted out with a full range of diagnostic and surgical equipment, allowing the team to work to the highest standards. There is the main hospital with 3 branches in the town and surrounding villages funnelling in a client base that is well insured, and motivated to work up cases.
