An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal team at a practice in Bristol. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days a week with varying shifts, but you will have your rota a week in advance. There will be a shared Saturday rota of 1 in 4 and no Sunday or OOH work. Your day-to-day duties will include nursing of the patients, preparing patients for ops, monitoring anaesthesia, assisting with x-rays, endoscopy, ultrasounds, and dentals. You will be joining a friendly team made up of 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, a dedicated reception team and a finance administrator, all working with support from the Practice Manager and Clinical Director. This is also a nurse training practice. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a small animal practice and have high standards of care. CPD encouraged and funded.
