Head Registered Veterinary Nurse – Warwickshire – HF3479.39145

VetPro Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal team in Warwickshire. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends. No OOH duties. You will be working closely with the Clinical Care Manager to provide leadership to the team, with a commitment to promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence. Your duties will include but are not limited to, managing the day-to-day running of clinical areas, monthly rotas, and oversight areas of responsibility within the nursing team. This practice is well-equipped including 3 consult rooms, 1 operating theatre, a diagnostic suite, and Idexx In-house laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will be a Nurse who is a great team player and has excellent leadership skills to encourage and develop the nursing team to fulfil their full potential. CPD funding.
