Head Veterinary Surgeon Required for RCVS Accredited practice in East Sussex. The practice has 3 Branch Practices. The role involves looking after 3 branch practices offering support, leadership and commercial direction. The role of Head Vet will involve playing a vital role in managing the busy caseload. No day is the same so you will experience a varied mixture of consults and surgery allowing you time and freedom to develop your own interests while supporting your clinical team. You will also have an impact in the clinical development meetings, voicing your opinions on how the practice grows and improve the practice and team. Ideally a full time role with a 1:5 Saturday rota however as a flexible employer full or part time options are available. The practice also benefits of not working Sundays, OOH or Bank Holidays.
