Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse – East Sussex – HF935

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal practice in East Sussex. This role would suit an experienced nurse who can positively motivate and provide gold standard care to patients and clients and providing excellent client service through clear and effective communication. You will be required to undertake general nursing duties including inpatient care, anaesthesia and nurse clinics as well as working with the Head Nurse to provide support and leadership to the nursing team. This is a full-time position working 4 days per week with 1 in 6 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday). No OOH. The practice is well-equipped with the full range of diagnostic laboratory equipment, digital x-ray, Doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, and excellent facilities. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience working in a similar environment with some supervisory experience and preferably clinical coaching. You will be able to lead by example by providing excellent client service whilst demonstrating exceptional nursing care to patients. CPD allowance. RCVS membership paid. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
