Driven and self-motivated Clinical Lead who can join and lead a practice an Established Small Animal Practice in the centre of Leicester with varied work across a mature and growing loyal client base. The successful candidate you will support building a vet team recruiting from all levels of experience using your knowledge and experience to shape a forward thinking clinical team. You will also be empowered to develop existing clinical protocols and ensure the day-to-day running of the practice goes smoothly alongside the existing practice manager and management team. Exceptional surgical skills will be required and you’ll need the confidence to take charge. You’ll also use your excellent consultation skills, and approachable, personable style to build relationships with patients, clients and the local community. This is full time role with a flexible rota and no OOH.
