Head Nurse Required to join the team at an RCVS Accredited Practice in Cheshire which was recently voted the Best Small Vets Practice in the UK. Offering you the opportunity to join a friendly team and the chance to join the new Clinical Director at the practice in constantly looking to improve the way things are done. Keen to further develop nurse clinics and are a cat friendly practice. The Head Nurse will act as a Clinical Coach to the student nurse helping them to become the best nurse possible. This is a real opportunity to develop your skills alongside mentoring and coaching others. It is a full-time role based on 37.5 hours on a rota system Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. The role involves working weekends as part of a rota 1:4 Saturdays 8:30 am to 12 noon which is taken back as TOIL when worked. The role involves working 1:8 Saturday or Sundays at the main hospital and up to two Bank Holidays per year. Competitive salary, CPD encouraged and supported plus more benefits.
