An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal team at a practice in Buckinghamshire. You will be joining and leading an existing nursing team of 1 RVN, 1 SVN, and 2 VCAs. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm). No OOH or on-call duties. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive HVN with solid all-round skills. You will be able to embrace all aspects of the Head Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care, as well as leading and improving your team. This is a well-equipped practice including sevoflurane anaesthetics, digital x-ray, ultrasound, capnography, in-house laboratory, plus much more. Generous CPD allowance. Paid memberships (RCVS, VDS, BVNA). Competitive salary dependent on experience.
