Confident Exotics and/or Small Animal Vet – West Midlands HF2555

Enthusiastic, Competent Full Time or Part Time Vet Surgeon with an exotics interest/certificate for required for RCVS Accredited practice in the Birmingham area. Small animal vets without an exotics interest also considered. There is a possibility of a branch manager role. You will work 40 hours a week over 4 days on an eight-week rota with one in six full weekends with TOIL with no OOH. The ideal candidate must be competent in consulting and routine surgery, have a good basic knowledge of ultrasound scanning. Exotics interest/certificate/diploma would be great but not essential. This could be a small animal only role if the candidate has no exotic interest. More experienced veterinary surgeon with specific interests also considered. There is a team of 23 vets ( multiple certificate holders), 21 RVNs plus excellent support and admin staff. 7 branches including a hospital – all branches are fully functioning with equipment to perform their own procedures.
