Exciting opportunity for a Head Vet to join a hub of 3 well established practices in West Sussex. Clinical team are forward thinking, progressive and always striving for excellence but supportive, friendly, loyal and honest as well. Great work-up culture and everyone is encouraged to develop their own interests. Range of interesting cases including having regular visits from the local cardiac specialist for in depth ultrasound scans. Working closely with another Head Vet to support the clinical teams and you will be based predominantly in the Bognor clinic. The overall aim is that each of the Head Vets would eventually be responsible for their own practices (and the vets within them), whilst still coming together for regular meetings on how the hub as a whole can develop. Practice Director will focus on the overall running of the practice so there is no getting weighed down with paperwork. The ideal candidate will be a leader with energy and enthusiasm with excellent communication skills with a desire to support and develop the fellow vets. Working days and hours can be flexible. Full-time, part-time or anything in between, can be considered. Weekend cover required but the practices do not have own OOH. Fixed Term Contract also considered.
