VetPro Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Senior RVN to join a busy practice in East London as a Head Nurse. The practice is spacious and well-equipped, and you will work alongside a team of 6 vets, 9 nurses and VCAs, 4 receptionists, a clinical director and a practice manager. You must have the proven ability to lead and motivate a large team and will be responsible for deliver gold standard patient and client care. This is a role for an ambitious and energetic leader who can remain calm under pressure and looks for solutions to problems (with proven examples). The role will involve working full time over 40 hours a week, one in four weekends 8am-5pm (with time back in lieu) and varied shifts normally 8am-5pm or 11.30am-8.30pm. Salary up to £35k depending on experience plus competitive benefits.
