Client Care Manager - Hampshire - RH7499

An exciting opportunity for a Client Care Manager to join a practice in Hampshire. The position is full-time with shifts across the opening hours and 1:4 weekends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years reception and customer service experience with some veterinary reception experience. The role is a customer facing role, managing client expectations, managing payments and bookings, updating records, insurance claims, accurate records keeping and use of Microsoft Office packages and in-house systems.
