Expanding independent mixed (50:50) practice from 4 to 5 vets. Experience will be rewarded with generous salary and potential shared ownership. Less experience will be rewarded with generous salary and all the training & support required. The job description is flexible and can be tailored to suit the applicant. The team currently consist of 4 vets, all sharing duties, OOH and weekends equally. Able to offer a position to a small animal vet without needing them to do much or any on-call or farm work if desired. CPD encouraged and supported. Salary dependent on experience.
