Registered Head Equine Veterinary Nurse – Cheshire – HF684

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Head Equine Veterinary Nurse to join an excellent team at a busy equine hospital in Cheshire. This is a recently expanded equine hospital which services a wide variety of clients ranging from professional sports horses to family pets. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week including an onsite OOH rota of 1 in 6. Onsite facilities include a large operating theatre, a diagnostic imaging suite with digital radiography, ultrasonography and video endoscopy, an isolation unit, and standing MRI scanner. AI facilities include stallion collection and foal nursing. You will lead the nursing team with responsibility for creating and maintaining the highest standards of nursing care and professional performance. This is an RCVS approved training practice where the successful candidate will act as a Clinical Coach and provide support for student nurses. CPD funding.
