An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal team in West Yorkshire. The practice is a busy referral centre where high quality nursing is championed and where the nursing team are supported in personal growth and clinical development. This is a full or part-time role with the standard working week for full-time RVNs being 40 hours per week over 4 days, plus 1 in 5 weekends on a rota. However, flexibility in shift patterns is available to create a great work life balance. No routine OOH cover required for this role. Applications from RVNs with a particular interest in surgery are desired. General responsibilities for the surgical RVNs will include assisting with imaging, theatre prep, monitoring anaesthesia, assisting in surgical procedures, and recovering patients post-op. RVNs of all experience levels and nursing backgrounds are welcome to apply, and full training and support is provided for the new team members. Most importantly, this practice is looking for a Nurse who aligns with their vision and values. CPD allowance. RCVS membership paid. VDS cover. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
