A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small animal team in Suffolk. This role will include assisting the Veterinary Surgeons with daily surgical and medical diagnostics and procedures, monitoring anaesthesia, supporting and supervising Student Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants, taking part in Nurse clinics, patient care, and supporting the customer care team. The rota will involve working 38 hours a week over 4 days from 8:00am-6:30pm. There will be 1 in 4 Saturdays and no OOH. You will be joining an excellent team made up of 7 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Nurse, and 4 Veterinary Care Assistants. Amongst the team there are 3 certificate holders in small animal practice, small animal surgery, and ophthalmology. The ideal candidate will be an RVN who is dedicated to high standards of care and team orientated. Newly qualified candidates will be considered. CPD allowance. RCVS membership paid. VDS cover.
