VetPro Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a welcoming small animal team in Wiltshire. This is ideally a full-time position working 40 hours per week but can be flexible for the right candidate. You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays but there are no on-call duties. You will also be responsible for a variety of nursing duties based on a rota system, including nurse consultations, assisting vets in consult, pre-op, and theatre areas, caring for medical and surgical patients, lab work, stock ordering and the control and handling of insurance claims. This practice is well-equipped with excellent facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, dental x-ray, class 4 k-laser, multi-parameter monitors, and comprehensive in-house lab equipment. The practice has a visiting cardiologist, an ophthalmologist veterinary specialist, and an animal physiotherapist. The ideal candidate will be an experienced RVN who is dedicated to working to a high clinical standard. You will be confident in all general nursing duties and be able to work as a team.
