Ambitious Small Animal Vet Required for a new practice in Hampshire. The role will begin as a new branch opens. This will be a great opportunity to build your own client base and generate an outstanding reputation in the local community. You will manage a small team, with the opportunity for this to grow as the branch thrives under your guidance and leadership. Looking for someone with a solid skill set, who will have access to a wide range of equipment within the branch and neighbouring practices.Ideally you will have some experience leading a small team or have a willingness to gain that experience with some close mentoring in leadership and branch management. You must be happy and confident working sole charge to begin with and understand what is required to grow a practice.
